Willem Jeths replaces Roderik de Man as jury member Gaudeamus Music Week

Roderik de Man is unfortunately unable to attend the Gaudeamus Music Week 2010 and serve as a jury member. Together with Helena Tulve and Donnacha Dennehy.

Earlier this year De Man has nominated the 21 compositions for the Gaudeamus Prize. He is replaced by the Dutch composer Willem Jeths, who will decide with the other jury members who wins the Gaudeamus Prize 2010.

Each year in the first week of September, the contemporary department at  MCN presents a cross section of the latest developments in the global village of contemporary music at this world renowned festival. The major event of the Gaudeamus Music Week is the competition for young composers.
