Music Meeting is an international music festival that unites music genres from every corner of the globe: ranging from jazz, soul and funk to Klezmer, gypsy and Afro-Latin. Music Meeting revolves around improvisation, adventure and experimentation, featuring concerts by artists from diverse cultural backgrounds who have never collaborated before. The 14th edition of the Amsterdam Roots Festival will take place on five different prominent locations in Amsterdam: the Tropentheater, Sugar Factory, Paradiso, Melkweg and the Oosterpark. The festival’s grand finale is Roots Open Air in Oosterpark, with multiple concerts, performances, presentations and workshops on seven stages.
