On Thursday December 2 and Friday December 3, 31 jazz and world music acts from the Netherlands will perform in front of national and international music professionals. A certain number of tickets will be reserved for the public. These showcases are a unique chance to spend two evenings listening to the best of Dutch jazz and world music. The showcase concerts will take place in the Melkweg and in the Sugar Factory. Tickets are available via www.melkweg.nl.

The showcase program of the Dutch Jazz & World Meeting has been put together by a team of independent music programmers: Huub van Riel (Bimhuis), Sander Grande (North Sea Jazz Festival / Mojo Concerts), Frans Goossens (Melkweg / Amsterdam Roots Festival) and Danka van Dodewaard (Rasa).
